As America's chief diplomat, Rice is leading U.S. efforts to repair alliances with key allies and sustain support for the war in Iraq. Other hot spots include North Korea's nuclear weapons, Iran's nuclear ambitions, China's surging military, humanitarian crises in Sudan's Darfur region, the AIDS crisis and the ongoing struggle against terrorists and militant Islam.
Guests subject to search; PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY FOR SECURITY REASONS; do not bring bags, packages or backpacks; pre-registration required; register by noon on May 26; attendees must bring photo ID; DOORS WILL CLOSE 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE PROGRAM BEGINS.
