I am a medical card holder and live in unincorporated Watsonville residential neighborhood with large backyard. (Santa Cruz County)
IF there are 3 of us that LIVE in the same household & have medical cards, can we each grow separately? So, 100sf each? = 300sf
Can I grow for others that have cards? That do not live in the same residence??
They keep talking about all this zoning stuff and I have a hard time understanding... Are they talking about cannabis club stuff
or residential grows???
I specifically want to know about what I can and cannot do in a residential backyard (outdoors) type grow.
Can someone tell me the current ordinance, in a way that I can completely understand it?
Thank you!!!

The February 2014 version of Chapter 7.126 includes “Section 7.126.040 Limited immunity for medical cannabis cultivation business.” This section allows for collective cultivation and distribution for use among its members.
