Tainted Compassion Co-Defendant Court Date

Hello all,

Just sending out a quick reminder that my codefendant
Jessica Sanders will be in front of the Honorable
Judge Claudia Wilken tomorrow, April 2nd, for an
arraignment and possible change of plea.

For those who do not know the story, Jessica was our
order clerk. She is being charged with a felony for
her use of a telephone conspiracy charge relating her
taking an order for Compassion Medicinal Edibles.

She is really down about it, as others were given
misdemeanors for their roles, but she is being hung
with the scarlet letter of a felony, cutting off her
access to financial aid. It is a damn shame that the
prosecution felt the need to secure two felony charges
for a case like ours.

Jessica's dog was shot twice by the DEA during the
raids, she has lost her right to independent housing,
and now this. It is a true travesty of justice and if
you have a minute to come out for support it would be
really appreciated.
