Men are not "naturally violent"
"Testosterone poisoning" and "boys will be boys" are sayings that perpetuate the myth that men are "naturally violent." Men are rational beings and are responsible for their actions. Even if men were "naturally" prone to violence, they have free will and can choose whether or not to act out violent impulses. It takes a lifetime of trauma and abuse to make a man violent....

SOLIDARITY WITH THE STRUGGLE OF THE PEOPLE OF OAXACA!
The uprising of the Oaxacan people continues on its 158th day. It started with a strike of the teachers on 22 May and continued with the occupation of the provincial institutions, expulsion of the local state forces of the province, formation of the Popular Assembly of the People of Oaxaca (APPO) and turning of it into the organ of local power.
The attacks, imprisonments and massacres of the police forces of the federal state and the province are not able to stop the resistance in Oaxaca....
