Back The Blue Until It Happens To You

by E Lee Cas (E.LeeC1 [at] proton.me)
On June 1, 2023, a troubling incident unfolded at a Milpitas, California, 24 Hour Fitness location, prompting a determined pursuit of justice. The incident involved harassment and intimidation, with the victim seeking help from the police, only to have his request for assistance ignored by a dispatcher. When officers arrived, they displayed hostility, detaining and confiscating personal items from the victim. Allegations of false accusations and corruption emerged, suggesting collusion among these police officers and potential corruption, personal gains, and financial ties, either with the juveniles' families, St. Francis High School and its "walled off" exclusive community. The victim was subsequently arrested without cause, faced false charge, and endured injuries. Seeking legal representation, this case underscores the importance of protecting civil rights and holding law enforcement accountable for their actions.
On the fateful evening of June 1, 2023, a disturbing incident unfolded at the 24-Hour Fitness facility in Milpitas, California, leaving one individual with a deep sense of injustice and a fervent determination to seek legal redress. The highlights of events that transpired on that night serves as a stark reminder of the importance of safeguarding civil rights and holding those entrusted with upholding the law accountable for their actions.

The individual at the center of this incident has come forward to shed light on what he perceives as a grave violation of his rights, seeking justice for the following events:

1. Cry for Help Ignored: At approximately 8:00 PM, the individual found himself in a distressing situation, being harassed and intimidated by a group of individuals at the 24-Hour Fitness location. In an attempt to seek assistance and ensure safety, he called the Milpitas Police Department's phone number. Shockingly, the dispatcher refused to send help, despite the gravity of the situation, leaving the individual feeling vulnerable and abandoned.

2. Hostility from Law Enforcement: Approximately five minutes later, Officers Vivian Nguyen and Thiha Zaw arrived at the scene. Instead of providing the expected aid and protection, these officers treated the individual with hostility. They proceeded to detain the individual, handcuff him, and even confiscated legally owned self-defense items. This hostile approach extended to the interrogation, during which the individual was never read his Miranda rights and denied the opportunity to provide his account of the events.

3. False Accusations and Alleged Corruption: Officer Mattison Madnick arrived subsequently and falsely accused the individual of tasing people, an incident that had not occurred. Even more disturbingly, the individual contends that Madnick and the other responding officers have conspired with the group of juveniles involved in the harassment to falsely accuse him of a crime he did not commit. The individual claims that Madnick's affiliations with these juveniles, whether through work or personal connections, were evident. Madnick also yelled that he either "work for or with" them. Furthermore, the individual alleges that this corrupt officer and his family may have financial ties with the families of these juveniles and/or their private school (St. Francis High School, in Mountain View, California) and its exclusive community.

GIVEN THE FACTS THAT:

1. St. Francis High school is the same PRIVATE CATHOLIC school where they had two students allegedly painted their faces black for the Halloween event.
2. This is the same PRIVATE CATHOLIC school that had racial issues in 6 out of the past 7 or 8 years, according to news sources.
3. Juvenile students from this private catholic school, whom the victim also addresses as Madnick's juvenile catholic gangsters, have consistently inflicted emotional distress and gang style harassment of this individual.
4. One of Madnick's juvenile catholic gang member was quoted as saying "we don't like buddishts like you here" to the victim.
5. Madnick's families' illegal financial relationship with St. Francis and his racist, religious bias, and profiling led to this unnecessary injustice to this individual

4. Cover-Up and Unlawful Actions: The situation escalated as several officers, including two additional ones, were accused of colluding to cover up the actual crime, frame the individual, provoke him into committing more serious offenses, file a false arrest report, and even submitted the individual's birthplace details to ICE, an action the individual believes is in violation of state law.

5. Arrest and False Charges: As a result of these unjust actions, the individual was arrested without probable cause, endured injuries during the arrest, and faced A WRITTEN FALSIFIED CHARGE REPORT that were eventually dropped. The individual possesses additional details, documents, and evidence that he believes can shed further light on the case.

In light of these grave allegations and the apparent violation of civil rights, the individual is now seeking legal representation to pursue justice and hold those responsible accountable for their actions. He is reaching out for expertise and guidance in navigating this complex legal matter, underscoring the seriousness of the situation and their commitment to securing justice.

This incident serves as a stark reminder that the protection of civil rights and the accountability of those entrusted with upholding the law are of paramount importance. It is a call to action for all those dedicated to justice to ensure that every individual's rights are safeguarded, regardless of the circumstances.
