Weighing the Pros and Cons of The Proposed New Pacifica Bylaws

by Akio Tanaka
The aim of the proposed New Day Pacifica Bylaws is to simplify, democratize, and stabilize the governance structure of Pacifica to keep it from evaporating in April 2021, when its $3.2 million balloon payment becomes due.
Please read the Pros and Cons exchange regarding the proposed New Day Pacifica Bylaws in an earlier post:

by it's the people ...
just like you can't legislate morality and good faith
and you can take fresh prime veggies and produce
a dish that tastes horrible ..
the problem is not the bylaws ..
it's the people
- ignoring the INTENT of the bylaws
- ignoring the bylaws completely
- shutting people out of the stations and process
- ignoring the community and the Mission Statement
- flipping the bird at the IED and PNB
- actual fiscal irresponsibility ( or more )
- suing everything that moves in sight
- etc etc
simple yardstick - ask yourself
"What would Lew Hill say .. "
