Pirate Bay founder on trial again
Political prisoner Per Gottfrid Svartholm Warg, aka Anakata, is now on trial in Denmark where the game began with tables tilted against him. A video is attached to help you understand the legal struggles of Pirate Bay, and how it relates to the concepts of freedom vs. property in a rapidly changing world.
Prosecutors tried to prevent Jacob Appelbaum from appearing as an expert witness after he called Anakata a "political prisoner" They tried to misrepresent a retweet of his as a tweet in order to argue for a conflict of interest. This was a hard fail, and as a witiness IN the case, Appelbaum, @ioerror has been our best witness OF the case. There is coverage in English here, of the "biggest hacking case ever in Denmark":

The prosecution lacks any forensic examination of the corporate "victim" in this case, CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation) and has merely relied on corporate testimony. We can hear their side via Bloomberg TV:

You might want to scroll back through Twitter
https://twitter.com/ioerror and do some digging yourself. Comments about the trial are mostly on Sept. 10 and 11, but here are a few recent ones:
Jacob Appelbaum @ioerror · Sep 12 I asked the lead prosecutor if he should be held responsible if his iPhone was exploited and used to harm another computer: "Absolutely not"
Jacob Appelbaum @ioerror · Sep 12 The prosecutor in #Anakata's trial does not understand technology at all. His intentions are good but he cannot comprehend his own mistakes.
Jacob Appelbaum @ioerror · Sep 12 I'm glad to once again have contributed to an open court process regarding #Anakata and I hope that the process result is justice.
So now, dim the lights and enjoy the first 20 minutes of The Pirate Bay - Away From Keyboard, so you won't have to watch it on YouTube ;) I plan to post the entire soundtrack here on Tuesday.
