CIA's Blackwater-Academi Threatened Donetsk-Lugansk 5/11/14 Elections
The CIA’s Blackwater, now named Academi, has 400 thugs in Ukraine to disrupt the 5/11/14 elections in Donetsk and Lugansk. The polls have opened in Slavyansk, a city of 129,000 people, in Donetsk despite a shooting. In mid-April 2014, the Kiev fascist coup government was terrorizing the people of those areas with flyovers by military jets, all paid for with US tax dollars. There is a high voter turnout on May 11, 2014 in an election for independence from the US-sponsored fascist coup government in Kiev, Ukraine. As with the Crimea 3/16/14 election, this election is a milestone in history. Polls close at 10 p.m. local time.

“Unknown persons overnight destroyed about a million ballots printed for a referendum on independence in the Donetsk Region, local police said on Thursday.
Witnesses said unknown persons broke into a printing house and destroyed 800,000 ballots prepared for a referendum planned for May 11. The attackers also destroyed printing equipment.
A similar incident occurred in another printing house in Donetsk, where unknown people stole about 300,000 ballots and damaged printing equipment.
The attacks were committed by radicals from the Right Sector extremist organization, witnesses said. The attackers were in modern army uniform with yellow and red-and-black bands with Right Sector marks.
There were several groups of attackers, whose aim was to prevent printing of ballots for the referendum, police noted.
The attackers escaped away in a white Volkswagen minibus and a silver-color Mazda minibus, both with Dnipropetrovsk region registration numbers”

The Donetsk Oblast has 4.7 million people, about 10% of Ukraine’s population. About 38% are Russian speakers. It provides more than one half coal, finished steel, coke, cast iron and steel production in Ukraine. The Mariupol Port, a city of 492,000, is part of this region. In 1999, the gross grain yield in the oblast was about 999.1 thousand tons, sugar beets – 27.1 thousand tons, sunflower seeds – 309.4 thousand tons, and potatoes – 380.2 thousand tons. Also, 134.2 thousand tons of meat, 494.3 thousand tons of milk and 646.4 million eggs have been produced. At the beginning of 1999 there have been 2108 farms within the oblast. The curative areas in the oblast include the Slovyansk salt lakes and mineral water sources. The oblast also contains many park zones, some of which are of great national value. They include the Khomutivsky steppe and the Azov sea coast. Overall, the Donetsk Oblast contains about 70 objects of nature and park fund including branches of the Ukrainian steppe park, 6 state reserves, 10 memorials of nature, landscapes, and 6 park tracts. An Armored Personnel Carrier (APC), paid for with US tax dollars as the Ukrainian government is not viable, was used to shoot at the people of Mariupol.
Pertinent paragraphs:
“Earlier on Saturday a day of mourning was declared in Mariupol by the city administration following Friday’s violence. Seven people died and 39 were wounded then as a result of clashes between Ukrainian troops and local self-defense activists, Mariupol health officials say.
“Because of the tragic events on May 9, 2014, which resulted in casualties, May 10 is declared a day of mourning in the city of Mariupol,” the city administration statement reads.
The Ukrainian Interior Ministry is providing a higher death toll for Friday’s violence in Mariupol, saying that 20 anti-Kiev activists were killed and four more were taken captive, according to a Facebook post by Interior Minister Arsen Avakov.
Kiev’s forces were using heavy weaponry and tanks in Mariupol to storm the local Interior Ministry building, where local police have barricaded themselves in, refusing to take orders from Kiev.
At some point, residents began flocking to the scene. A representative of the self-defense forces said that one of the armored vehicles opened fire at a group of unarmed civilians.
“What happened here was mayhem and genocide,” a Mariupol resident who only gave his first name, Aleksandr, told RT. “Ordinary citizens were killed. They started with the police officers, who approved of the idea of an independent Donetsk People’s Republic… If you go online and search through the social media, you’ll quickly come across videos of people being shot in the streets. How can one possibly conduct a military operation against peaceful citizens, unarmed and unable to fight back?” Authorities in Kiev intensified their military operation against anti-government protesters in eastern Ukraine in early May. The hotspots for military activity have been the cities of Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, Konstantinovka and Mariupol, all situated in the Donetsk region.”
Lugansk Oblast has 2,246,884 people. About 39% are Russians.
The oblast was created in 1938 as Voroshylovhrad (Voroshilovgrad) Obalst after the Donetsk Oblast was split between Voroshylovhrad and Stalino (today Donetsk Oblast) oblasts. After the invasion of Nazi Germany, the region was under a German military administration, due to its proximity to frontlines.
