Solidarity is not a Crime! Rally for Carlos Montes, who is being targeted by the FBI for standing with the Palestinian and Columbian people, and immigrant communities in the US. Carlos is connected with the 23 activists resisting Grand Jury subpoenas for "material support for terrorism". The Los Angeles County Sheriff, instigated by the FBI, ransacked his home, taking his computer, phone, and masses of literature, then brought bogus weapons charges against him.

Carlos will be in court on Wednesday, Dec. 14. Show solidarity by attending this rally at the Oakland Federal Building.
