Defying Quanco Running Wolf sets up symbolic tee-pee.

by Darin
With NLG occupation lawyer seemingly aiming to make a 1st ammendment rights violation issue against Quanco, Zachary Running Wolf and Occupation Oakland ground crew persevere against OPD.

Although it looked like yet another arrest for activist Zachary Running Wolf, (and yet may still be,) patience and our beloved Occupation Oakland ground crew members and like-minded individuals stayed Quanco negotiations with the Occupation Oakland NLG representative long enough for a symbolic tee-pee placement between the two northern oaks at Oscar Grant Plaza. Occupation messages were on colored cloth to be sewn upon the tee-pee canvas. Quanco is against the symbolic vigil tee-pee being in place after 10 pm, so things may yet get ugly. Should OPD insist upon taking down the tee-pee then this is a breach of our 1st Amendment rights for peaceful assembly should no one be sleeping in the tee-pee. We should be able to vigil 24/7 should there be no sleeping in the vicinity. PLEASE COMMENT I AM SICK AND COULD NOT STAY FOR THE ENTIRETY OF THE EVENT TODAY - KEEP US POSTED!
