KPFA: Cross Currents on Harmeet Dhillon

Ms, Dhillon, the new SF GOP chair and the proprietor of Dhillon and Smith, the law firm commandeered by Brian Edwards-Tiekert and others to harass the Pacifica Foundation, has been announced to be marrying Save KPFA stalwart and former Pacifica board member Sarv Randawa. Ms Dhillon appeared on KALW to advocate for the elimination of the teacher's union.

A few highlights:

"If I were king for a day, I would eliminate the teachers’ union"

"I think that there are a lot of Democrats that are anti-immigrant"

"I think that we have a lot of fat in our city government, I mean our municipal government. The salaries are higher than the private sector salaries in our city. Our pensions are out of control"

Prominent labor leaders may wish to reconsider their support of the Save KPFA group. They seem to have some rather odd affiliations for a progressive radio network.

According to today's SF Chron she married RandHawa on Feb. 5 . Hmm So the '' Save KPFA''/Wellstone Democratic club often argue that as bad as many (most ) Democratic pols are the Left has to back them because otherwise the Ultra Right , almost fascist Republicans will destroy us .
OK so then how do they justify one of their leaders jumping into bed (literally ) and marriage with one of their up and coming leaders ? i Is that how they ''fight the right '' ?
