Press Conference- Stop Retaliation Against TWU 250A Drivers For Whistle Blowing

Two SF MTA Muni TWU 250A drivers will report on retaliation against them for making Ca Osha health and safety complaints about dangerous buses that might harm the public and workers. Although it is illegal to retaliate against health and safety whistleblowers apparently the MTA management and Mayor Ed Lee thinks it's ok to target workers who speak out about these issues.

Stop Retaliation Against TWU 250A Drivers For Whistle Blowing On OSHA Violations By SF MTA Muni
Monday 12:00 Noon SF MTA Headquarters Van Ness and Market St. San Francisco

There will be a press conference with TWU 250 A SF Muni bus drivers Dorian Maxwell and Chris Coghlan
will report on their OSHA complaints about health and safety problems and the illegal retaliation by MTA
management and the City Of San Francisco. They were making health and safety complaints of dangers to the public
and workers for the failure to have proper maintenance on the equipment.
The TWU 250 A drivers will have all the documentation and information concerning their complaints and evidence of
retaliation for making the complaints by MTA manager Ford and the City of San Francisco.
