Sacramento - Determined to "fight back" against cuts against
higher education, picket lines will be set up by students,
faculty and alumni at CSU-Sacramento early Monday morning
(8-10 a.m.) at its main entrance (J Street and Carlson Drive).
Organized by a new student movement to challenge the current
regime of cutbacks, the pickets will be the beginning of a series
of actions throughout the state by CSU students and supporters.
The picket will take place Monday, Jan. 25, rain or shine and is
expected to raucous.
