LENNAR failes to hoodwink San Franciscans with its faulty, fast tracked Draft, EIR.
LENNAR is a Rogue Developer that will fail on Treasure Island, at Hunters Point, and at Candlestick Point. Behind this nonsense of fast tracking the Draft, EIR is Willie L. Brown Jr., Carmen Policy, the Pacific Heights Mafia, Mayor Gavin Newsom, Senator Dianne Feinstein, and a host of very corrupt people that can be bought. Among them many Poverty Pimp Pastors that are into making money and have forgotten to look after the souls - they should care for.
LENNAR, a rogue developer that has with intent poisoned our children as a result of the its dubious actions on Parcel A and Phase One of its operations on Hunters Point. LENNAR - thought it could HOODWINK San Franciscans the second time around - but it failed miserably.
Phase One Environmental Impact Report was approved by some members of the sitting SF Planning Commission and one of them for sure was William L Lee. William L. Lee should be ashamed of himself when he fully does NOT understand that ninety five percent of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is landfill and prone of Liquefaction and severe Flooding.
The entire water-shed of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is polluted and cannot be touched.
Does William L. Lee know this? If so he has to read the Final Historical Radiological Report on the Shipyard - that can be found in the SF Main Library.
The U.S. Navy has jurisdiction over Parcels B, C, D, E, F, G, and UC1 and other parcels carved out by the U.S. Navy to carry out its operations that it has failed for the last 15 years.
The U.S. Navy has been spending millions of dollars for clean up but not doing any substantial work. Years ago one company International Technologies (IT) wasted $300 million - money that should have gone towards the clean up. Then declared - bankruptcy.
Currently, Tetra Tech is making millions - over charging the U.S. Government but doing its job as a snail's pace. The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is a Superfund Site and hence must be studied by qualified scientists not some idiots who are in it - for the money.
One can easily deduce from the idiotic remarks of William Lee who sits on the SF Planning Commission playing down the toxicity and the very adverse impacts from the various types of radiological toxic waste - buried on Parcel E and E2 but really - all over the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. He is on the take and soon we will find out the source.
Large animals that were experimented upon with radiation were simply buried anywhere at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - when no one was looking and mostly after most folks went home in the evening. Many of these dubious activities were carried by Navy Employees - who were paid extra to fulfill the evil deeds of those in power.
The U.S. Navy was so bold that it threw thousands of barrels of atomic waste by the Farallones Islands just outside the Golden Gate Bridge and which is controlled by the National Park Service - where I worked and have first hand knowledge. The Public at Large have a right to make comments during the Public Comment Period. And it is not for you, Christiana Olague - to reply to those comments - whether you like them or not. Read the Brown Rules. If you do not want to be a SF Planning Commissioner - leave the position. I surely did not like the comments you made - because you really did not fully comprehend what I said - with your bitchy attitude written all over our face on that day of the meeting.
As a Progressive and belonging the drab Green Party most of you GREENS just talk but there is really no action. The Green Party has failed the constituents of the Bayview Hunters Point even though we have gone out of our way to - be good stake holders and partners.

In the year 2000 over 87% - yes, 87% of the voters of San Francisco - mandated the entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard be cleaned to the Highest Standards - know to many of us as Residential Standards.
The U.S. Navy has failed to do that and has plans to cap the entire area and make no bones about it. Now, Lennar, the SF. Planning Commission, the SF Redevelopment Agency (SFRA), Senator Dianne Feinstien, the Pacific Heights Mafia, Carmen Policy, Willie L. Brown Jr., Richard Blum, Richard Swig (Chair of the SFRA) all have a plan. Get control of the land and use - " Land Banking " to make money.

Then suddenly he decided to view the Conceptual Plan from another angle - because of the bridge over Yosemite Slough that would CLASH with his conservation plans - from which he has received millions to create some wet lands and has on going contractual obligations that he does not want to fail.
I know from tests that the Yosemite Slough is saturated with PCBs and other very toxic radiological elements - bordering an area that spews thousands of tons of Methane Gas and other volatile elements adversely affecting all life. So, what is this nonsense comparing this area in question with Crissy Field?
Saul Bloom threw in the monkey wrench and gave most of those in charge of the Draft, EIR linked to Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Candlestick Point the Johnson Wrench - a shaft they will forever, remember.
Well, the man has the money from the various agencies he got the money from - and has now used this money - to create a turmoil that he controls. One thing going for this man, Saul Bloom who does not live in the community but makes all his money in the community - is that he has the inside scoop.
