Business Building Occupation at San Francisco State University
Students occupied the business building this morning at San Francisco State University. The students are protesting the budget cuts, fee increases, lay offs in the public sector, and privatization of public education. They are still occupying as of 2:10 PM and plan on staying until their demands have met. While police intimidation in the morning has been relatively lax as of now, students plan on defending the space in the instance that there is an attempt to forcibly evict the occupiers. All day students outside have rallied in support, demonstrated with music, held hands in unity, and debated some right-wing business students. OCCUPY EVERYTHING
