Bayview Hunters Point Project Area Committee (BVHP) PAC very corrupt and adamant.

The Bayview Hunters Point (BVHP) Project Area Committee (PAC) has failed to represent the community in the past. Most of the members appointed have rubber stamped agenda items with little or NO meaningful discussion. Recently this has changed with new members - seeking the truth and adjudicating on behalf of the community. This fresh approach has hit the crooked BVHP PAC in the face and shed light of past corrupt - practices.

Angelo King who is now the Chair knew nothing about the BVHP PAC some five years ago. I attended most of the meetings and never, ever saw him in attendance. Suddenly, some three years ago - Angelo King was propped up as a Chair of the BVHP, PAC and since his appointment - the community has been adversely impacted.

Initially, the BVHP PAC had jurisdiction of a very small area. But, suddenly without any meaningful dialog, no announced meeting, no minutes to prove a fact that has haunted everyone a small project area - soon became a large Survey Area - some 2568 acres plus and now is a Project Area.

In the beginning Alice Griffith did not have anything to do with the BVHP PAC more because it was under the jurisdiction and is still under the Jurisdiction of the San Francisco Housing Authority. The land is Federal Property and the BVHP PAC has no authority - legally speaking.

Similarly, there are acres of land that have not been transferred from the State to the SF Redevelopment Agency or the City and County of San Francisco. Some 23 acres of land. Yet, the Mayor's Office of Economic Development, the SF Redevelopment Agency, and the dubious, inept. arrogant Chair of the BVHP PAC and those that side with him - and on the TAKE are trying to force the community and those on the BVHP PAC that are with the community at large - to adhere to the dictates of the Mayor's Office of Economic Development, the Pacific Heights Mafia, Gavin Newsom a pathetic loser, Sophina Maxwell who is going to be recalled, and a host of corrupt BVHP PAC members who are on the take - to vote again on an agenda item that has already been voted on and was defeated.

The last time around the community saw clearly through the corrupt members of the BVHP, PAC and especially Linda Richardson and Agnelo King. They did not expect the defeat and they will have to live with the defeat of that historic agenda item - for the rest of the sordid life.

The agenda item asked the BVHP PAC if they will voted for the measure to develop the Alice Griffith Project and the adjacent land. The majority of the BVHP PAC said NO.

The rest of the BVHP PAC members and especially Angelo King was in shock. So, was Michael Cohen the crony who is doing Mayor Gavin Newsom's bidding and working for the SF Redevelopment Agency. Another side-kick is Tiffany Bodee and some White Woman - who attempted to give a presentation full of half-truth and did not know the facts pertaining to the agenda item and the project at hand.

This Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at 6 pm at the 1800 Oakdale in the Bayview, plans are afoot to bring the voted agenda item again and resend the voted. Then try to force those members of the BVHP PAC to vote in favor of the Alice Griffith Project and the development of the adjoining land.
If this is done - the BVHP, PAC must face the wrath of justice and I hope those crooked BVHP, PAC members are punished by the law.

Well, the BVHP PAC members who stood their ground and did the right thing must not give in.

The community must gather in force - and stand up for what is right.

The sell outs must be called out.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation must find out who is getting money and how the money is spent.

It is ridiculous how some corrupt entities who have ties with Willie L. Brown Jr, were investigated and should have been sent to jail for a long time - linked with Tutor Saliba and the Airport contracts are now playing games behind the scenes and getting thousands of dollars from the SF Redevelopment Agency - to do nothing but pocket the money.

Behind all this nonsense is Lennar too buying votes and paying lackeys to do their dirty job. Among them criminals that have spent time in jail before and are NOT respected by decent constituents of San Francisco and the Bayview Hunters Point.

Lennar is paying the Unions to come and attend the meetings and at the meeting where the Alice Griffith item was defeated - some of the Union Members were angry as they did not expect the item to be defeated. Well, come again this time - and you will see the same results.

Lennar has worked with the Labor Council that is not respected by decent union members in San Francisco. James Bryant has been investigated for not representing the Union as he ought to do. ACORN a dubious organization has been placed on the Black List and cannot receive any State or Federal funds. All this for wrong doing - ACORN supported Lennar at the last minute against Proposition F and for Proposition G.

The BVHP Project Area Committee is now showing their true colors.

They have been told that it is illegal to place this item again - the item on the development of Alice Griffith and the adjoining area needs further meaningful dialog.

This dialog has not been forth coming. Many residents that attended the meeting from Alice Griffith Public Housing stated that outsiders come and speak for them - that even though they have qualified residents to do the work - the residents of Alice Griffith and not given opportunities.

In the last two years over ten people have been shot and killed at the Alice Griffith Public Housing that comes under the jurisdiction of the SF Housing Authority:

The Samoans that live at Alice Griffith have been targeted and many of them evicted. There have been rampant killings and shootings among the Samoans - something unheard of before with many of the Samoan Usos dying. Who is behind this nonsense?

Well, this the time for the Samoans and the other Polynesians to attend this meeting in numbers and tell the truth. For too long have too many people suffered in vain - while thieves, corrupt individuals have played one human against the other - to foster greed and line their pocket.

I am calling upon the Samoan Elders and leaders like Pastor Alex to step forward and bring light to the lies that are being told. It is a shame that so many Samoans are now in the Tenderloin and that many of them sleep on the streets of San Francisco. I have been sounding the Clarion Call for years - and this is the Final Call to those that have ears but what is more a heart - that has compassion.

Why are some Blacks on the BVHP PAC selling out the community?

These vermin do not represent the decent Polynesians, the decent Native Americans, the decent Asians, the decent Latinos, the decent Whites, the decent Blacks, others - these few that vote against the desires of the community and purport to be BVHP PAC members - are scum bags and I have called them out before and will call them again. Sophie Maxwell, Linda Richardson, Doris Vincent, Angelo King, Gary Banks and a few others. We will call them out at the meeting as and when the appropriate time arrives.

It is a shame that while our children are dying and our elders suffering a Rogue Developer buys votes and favors to do the bidding of the devil.

What makes this episode all the more sad - are when Christian Pastors the likes of Aurelious Walker - sell out the community, a so called shepherd that has his flock in disarray, a weak pastor, faltering in the wind, lacking morals - that is not respected by any decent Bayview Hunters Point constituents in large measure.
