TORTURE IS A WAR CRIME - JAY BYBEE IS A WAR CRIMINAL
World Can't Wait, Code Pink, National Accountability Action Network, Progressive Democrats of America and others will be back outside the Courthouse on October 8 when Bybee is scheduled to hear a case ( 1:30 pm, Courtroom 1, 3rd Floor).
As head of the Office of Legal Counsel (2001-2003) Bybee signed the "torture memos" drafted by John Yoo, action the Bush White House rewarded with an appointment to the Circuit Court.
Join us to tell the judge and his companions on the bench:
WE REFUSE TO LIVE IN A TORTURE STATE!
