Public Patrol with Santa Rosa Copwatch

Come out on a patrol with members of Santa Rosa Copwatch and learn how you can effectively change police behaviour just by watching them do what they do. Police are far less likely to brutalize people in the community when they know that the community is watching them and holding them accountable.

The patrol will begin with a short training in techniques for safe, legally protected, and effective techniques for monitoring, filming and documenting police interactions with the public.

There is no requirement to join anything or pay any fees. Although new folks are encouraged to become more involved and donations are gladly accepted to cover the costs of videotape, copies, and expenses for our host, Free Mind Media.
