Fresno Police Break Homeless Man’s Wrist

In what appears to be another case of excessive force by the Fresno Police Department, Randy Johnson had his wrist broken by an officer who responded to a disturbing the peace call. Johnson was calling his wife’s name in an attempt to give her a cell phone. You can hear, in Randy and his wife’s own words, what happened in the video below.
