Sad Irony of Mass Psychology: American Jews Overwhelmingly Complicit with IDF

The Anti-Defamation League, which is frequently criticized for alleged attampts to silence critics of Israel, recently released results of a poll with very depressing findings: according to the ADL, American Jews are almost unanimous in support of the violence perpetrated by the Israel Defense Forces in the recent Gaza invasion.

The report - if true - shows an apalling lack of concern by members of the American Jewish community for the innocent women, children, elderly, disabled and other victims of the egregious overeaction of the Israel Defense Forces.

This data presents an obstacle rather than an aid
to combatting anti-Semitism in that it presents the actions of the IDF military as somehow endorsed by "Jews" as such.
The key question is whether it is true that American Jews are truly almost unanimous in that cold heartedness or whether the ADL distorted the results through carefully crafted poll
questions in order to bolster its own preferred preconceptions.

Whatever is the case, any Jewish person is free to break from the pack of yes men and "good Germans" among the Jewish community and to join the very substantial activists in the Jewish
community who oppose Zionism, or at least oppose the extremist Zionists and the IDF.

The ADL is engaging in other campaigns of disinformation such as to render their poll data suspect. For instance, Abraham Foxman, the lead ideologist of the ADL, contends that the
movement opposing the excesses of the Gaza invasion is not a direct response to the many
egregiouis human rights violations commit by Israel but rather an outgrowth of Nazism per se. Such an absurd allegation does not warrant being dignified by a rebutal.

In one of Foxman's recent speeches, he had the temerity to include a slide of a sign that said "Stop Genocide in Gaza" as evidence of "anti Semitism". He went on to claim that "there
was no war, no territory" in the attack on Gaza.
