My dad was for a democratic uinon controlled and worked by the workers themselves. He was for short and long haul and every haul be with swampers. We have come a long way now and he has been gone since 1985 but occaisonally I like to update and remind the world that truckers have a boss and therefore truckers need a union. With the move towards ecological balance and livability is something presnetly needed throughout the industrial revolution and that is electric motors, and electric trains. Electric motore were invented more than one hundred years ago, for instance in Vancouver Canada, the people were being hauled around town in trams in 1891. In 1908 the electric autos were available. In fact Jay Leno owns one that was built in 1908, and drives around town and says that he gets one hundred miles on an over nite plug-in. These motors updated now get 250 miles per over nite plug in. Trouble is the bosses of the oil monopolies have shelved the motors from the trucking industry and are sitting on them. We think that with the last forty-five years of ecological green revolution that has proven that the industrial revolution motivated by coal, gas, oil and atomic energy is threatening the livability of the planets life, it is time that the new technology be brought out of moth balls and put to practical use. They have so far refused, and actually scuttled the motors, and nay gone so far as to make unjust wars in the Holyland for control of the worlds' oil markets. They hope to control all markets thereby. Thus super-power number one. Trouble is we've known all along that the bosses were against the workers, and the living and working condtions that they work so hard to bring into being. They fought the unions tooth and nail. This however takes the cake because ecologicallly the air, land and water is being polluted beyond sustainability of life. We knew they dsspised us and in some instances sought our death and killed sume union organizers ie Columbia today. But not to re-tool the industrial revolution and continue making maximum profits on destructive pollution is going a bit too far, expecially now that the hi-tech tools are becomming widely available that would save the planets livability if used for improving the living and working conditions of the working class entire. So fellow workers, keep up the good fight for your just cause of obtaining the best working conditions possible. Organize and join unions , they are not the old way and of no use to you. In fact if the goal of a paradise on earth as a workers state instead of a polluted mess ordered by the bosses state appeals to you then don't forget Joe Hill and the teamsters unions because the bosses state is despoiling our living planet for greed and not need. Bailout the workers unions not the trillionaires. Unionize the entire working class and the day will come around when the women workers will be elected equally and paid equally judicially and politically thusly doubling democracy in America and in every country of the world. That would restore the matriarchy and balance out our species so the natural joy and harmony between man and woman would return . Since the Roman Conquest that has been missing and our qualitative living depends on that. You'd think that the new millenium would have been sufficient cause to restore the green ecological balance to the specie so harmony would return rather than destructive wars for more pollution.
