Save Whales - Protest Japanese Consulate
Help stop Japanese whaling practices. There must be a Protest at the Japanese Consulate in SF @ 50 Fremont St (just a few blocks away from the Embarcadero station). Japan plans to harvest up to 935 minke whales and 50 fin whales this season, and describes the efforts of Sea Shepherd Conservation Society as "terrorism".
Help stop Japanese whaling practices. We must come together and Protest at the Japanese Consulate in SF @ 50 Fremont St (just a few blocks away from the Embarcadero station). Japan plans to harvest up to 935 minke whales (100 more than originally planed by Japan) and 50 fin whales this season, and describes the efforts of Sea Shepherd Conservation Society as "terrorism".
Japan is committing slaughter in the ocean. There is no reason to kill a whale to study it, yet scientific research is the claim Japan is making. It is a thin veil, a vile deception - these majestic animals are going to market.
