What Does It Mean When…

…The SYSTEM runs a “referendum” to rip away from gay people an elementary human right?

…The SYSTEM enlists poor and oppressed people in the name of religion and the values of the Bible to turn on OTHER oppressed, demonized, and persecuted people in society as a key part of winning this “referendum”?

…FASCIST forces who want to persecute gay people, AND whose agenda has genocidal overtones for Black and Latino people…get Black and Latino people to side with THEM in attacks on gays?

It Means That...
People are being played to turn on each other the way the NAZIS got the common people in Germany to scapegoat and turn on the Jews.

And It Means That People Need To…
WAKE UP!

The quote above comes from the German pastor Martin Niemöller, bitterly explaining how the Nazis got the many different sections of the German people to go along with the oppression, then the imprisonment, and fi nally the extermination of one oppressed group after another.
