Raj Patel, activist, academic & author of "Stuffed and Starved:The Hidden Battle for the World Food System" will speak on globalization & root causes of immigration. Following keynote will be responses from a multifaith panel. Patel is a researcher at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa and a UC Berkeley visiting scholar.

Suggested donation $5-15. No one turned away for lack of funds.
