written before he was a candidate???

If so, did you notice that he was mainly raised by
(a) his atheist white intellectual mom;
and (b) his two white grandparents (mom's paraents)?
Okay,maybe his Dad was around early in his childhood;
but Obama Senior WAS NOT an American black. Dad was a FOREIGN STUDENT;
who would speak US English with British or other foreign accent.
Later, the kid briefly had an Indonesian step-dad.

NEVER, in the kid's home, was there any adult who could
even speak the "Black American English" dialect?

ANSWER: He didn't learn at home. He learned it as a SECOND DIALECT
of Emnglish, fromn a few U.S. Black persons who lived in Hawaii;

WHAT about U.S. RACISM???: Not much in Hawai'i; at least not
compared to Mainland USA. When the kid moved to mainland, to attend
college, university, law school, only then did he face the FULL FORCE of racism. Like, being "a nigger" (pardon my language Ralph; but if t
strangers don't call you a N----, THEN maybe you have white-skin privilege;
as do I).
That skinny athlete had to LEARN about mainland culture;
