The Eastern Neighborhoods Planning Process and the land that once was Ohlone Land.

It may come as a surprise to many that all of San Francisco was stolen from the First People - the Muwekma Ohlone.

It may further come to those that are ignorant about history that 18 treaties signed by the United States Government and the California Tribes - were never ratified. This includes the Bay Area, San Francisco and the Tribe involved the Muwekma Ohlone. I represent them.

Others may be shocked - in these so called civilized times to fathom that up until 1924 - one could kill a Native American - no question asked and fetch $5 of his or her scalp. In fact edicts went out from the California Governor's Office - encouraging mostly Whites to kill Native Americans.

In San Francisco we know the Spaniards owned large ranches - and with the Gold Rush there was a rush to come first to San Francisco and then spread all over. Some made their fortune with gold but most did not.

The Big Four in San Francisco stole land - just took it.

And if one really investigated the many plots at the Assessors Office - one can conclude about these large areas - divided at some point - by rogues and land grabbing thugs - that killed who ever came in their way.

There is no inventory of many plots and their real designation. The SF Planners talk as if all if well - but in the Court of Law if some one dares to take SF Planning Department to Court - there will be a hue and cry as has never been heard before.

Add to that - this City does not have an inventory of true Land Mark building and sites. Some one some years ago - drove by and created a document that the present SF City Planning Department uses and swears by it - as it it was gospel truth.

A general application of the Department of Interior Stands - will cast a shadow and this so called book of sorts - depicting some fake Landmark sites, others questionable, still other mystical - will meet it destiny in the trash bin - further to be consumed by fire.

The early City Planners created a transportation grid that led to what is now Down Town. But, in the last twenty years large portions of San Francisco have not met with equity when it comes to Transportation issues.

In fact today the SF Planning Department has no Transportation Document.

It brags that it is a Transit First City - but this is in name only. Again and again the SF County Transportation Authority - that takes its mandate from the Metropolitan Transportation Agency - has failed San Francisco.

We have seen the SF County Transportation Authority make a mess when it came to Trans Bay Building, screw up with the Third Light Rail Project that ends in the middle of no where - in the Southern Tip - Visitation Valley. Do other things that are shameful - the Geary Corridor comes to mind. Have we not learned from the Third Street Light Rail?

Transit has failed to embrace many areas in the Hunters Point area and the Executive Park - where thousands live and work and thousands more will live and work in the future.

The Eastern Neighborhood Plan favors large Rogue Developers. Never mind if they are from Florida as is the Lennar Corporation or others from strange places like Ohio or New York.

These scum bag developers do not have the interest of San Franciscans. They are pimps and use the SF Planning Department as a whore.

For a moment if one analysis the turn over at the SF Planning Department - you can come to one conclusion - there are no standards. Over sixty percent turn over.

The sub-ordinates, mostly young planners take their orders from corrupt Zoning Administrators and Senior Planners - that have been in place and are raking in millions - under the table.

Some years ago one Zoning Administrator - gave himself a pay raise - a substantial amount. If the ever vigilant Mr. Harvey Rose did not catch it - we all would have been in - deep shit.

There is no leadership at the SF Planning Department. In any other decent City most of those who are growing like fungi in the SF Planning Department would have been removed and the area fumigated.

Recently, they have been Land Use meetings - on going and stupid - some points of discussion bordering on utter stupidity. All linked with the Eastern Neighborhoods. I have attended some - to keep a paper trail and be a witness to the madness.

One person from the SF Planning be it a Junior - started with an analogy of a dumb bell at the last to last Land Use Meeting. Trying to impress that development in some areas - tended to make progress at either ends - leaving the center rather shallow - creating a "dumb bell" configuration. He was just trying to help.

Sophina Maxwell - focused on the word dumb and thought the Junior City Planner was referencing to her - as I often call her dumb, ignorant, inept, and arrogant. When the Junior Planner was questioned, he felt coy, but tried to explain himself - the dumb Sophina Maxwell understood some what the analogy - and some bell did not ring.

Point in question - Sophina Maxwell is an Electrician by profession who could not pass her exams in San Francisco she had to go to Oakland. Sophina worked at the U.S.Post Office and was an employee NOT to be proud of - often smoking weed on the job.

As an Electrician working for Caltrans she did not have a stellar record - she was pushed into political office by some Blacks that never, ever expected this dumb woman to turn crafty, corrupt, and amass so much wealth. She has turned her back on many that once supported her.

Sophina Maxwell lives on Jerrold Street just off the KFC on Third Street - very near the Church. Her house is a Victorian House painted Pink - and carved out of the Project Area.

The surrounding area around Sophina Maxwell's house is in the Project Area. But, she saw to it that her house was not in the Project Area. How can one be so stupid to do that - it is simple. Our SF Planning Department is very stupid and permitted her to do it.

Most of the renovation work done at her home is without permits. But, who will challenge this?
File a complaint and see what happens.

The same with Enola Maxwell's house - her mother's house. The front was built last - at the back most of it is brand new - without proper permits. This house got on fire - was engulfed with fire - started by some crack addicts. The story has not been told - but, I know the details.

Some investigative reporter - should get hold of the Fire and Police Incident Report and the rest will be history.

Why am I giving this insight. Sophina Maxwell does not give a rat's ass about the small contractors and especially the Residential Builders Association (RBA).

Many in the RBA are very decent and my good friends. They think they can - some how convince this dumb fat cow to think straight and reason with her. She will never, ever get it.

Taking a model of 20,000 square feet and applying this nonsense model to many areas of the Eastern Neighborhood is ridiculous. Forcing intelligent contractors and developers to follow a model that is detrimental and will bring them fiscal - woes. Shame of those that do not fell for those that are put their own finances on the line - to bring some bread and butter - home to their families.

A general perusal of the matter at hand - demands some empirical data. How many plots do we have that have been developed starting with 3,000 square feet, then 4,000 square feet, 5,000 and so on up to 15,000 square feet.

Once we get the data in - we can figure out the variables and configure decent models with fiscal configuration that can be applied to small developers and contractors. Many need a break because they land was stolen - and I can as the Representative of the First People - make a statement that favors the decent. Screw Sophina Maxwell and her ilk.

Why would we in this City - favor large Rogue Developers the likes of Lennar or the John Stewart Company? Why?

Well, we meet tomorrow at the Land Use Committee at 1 pm and I will be there.

I did not appear the last time - as I had scheduled an important meeting out of the City. But, this time - we will witness the fireworks.

The Eastern Neighborhood SF Planning is a joke. And the players both young that present the drab facts and the crooks who sit in the office and watch the fun fare the likes on Binder - are at the least - despicable.
