WHO will nuke whom,

by first?
Will India bomb Pakistan,
or vice versa?
PROLIFERATION proceeds quickly.

North Korea and Pakistan will, apparently, sell to anyone.

Poorly guarded nukes in Kazakstan (spelling?)( (left over from Soviet era),
or even in Russia itself, could be stolen by terrorists (of ANY ideology),
or bought,
or just exploded on site.

If Pakistan collapses
(or if it becomes as unstable as Afghanistan),
then what could happen to the Pak nuke arsenal?

If some rogue faction in Pakistan would send
just one nuke toward India,
even without Pak government permission,
how do you think India would respond?
Turn the other cheek?

Nukes didn't disappear when the Cold War ended;
but most of us just stopped thinking about nuke weapons.

Think again.
What if a radioactive cloud were coming your way,
a cloud containing the ashes of Karachi and/ or Delhi?

This is not a left/right issue.

This isn't about any one country,
nor any one feud.

When that cloud comes,
will anyone care
just WHICH
city it represents?

Nuke weapons should be seen
as an ENVIRONMENTAL issue.

There are NO safe nuke weapons --
just as there are
(IMHO)
no safe nuke power plants....

I wouldn't trust SWEDEN with nukes;
let alone the U$A, Pakistan, Israel, France, etc...

Earthlings--
please wake up.
