A Cafe! (food, fun, skill share, and discussion)

Hey Y'all!

The A-cafe is a space where we come together and share space through food, fun, skill share, and discussion. It is an opportunity to meet new folks and spend time with those we don't see enough.

2pm: Grounding despite the cement: a big group stretch session (grounding is important!)
3pm: Block A (these will be happening simultaneously, you may choose to attend one or move between a few)- a comic focuseed book production & distro; DIY sex toys, tincture making, and a radical relationships discussion
4:30pm: recess- snacks and playground games that are good training for direct action situations
5:30pm: community discussion on security culture- a space to share thoughts and feeling relating to the role information security plays in community organizing
6:30pm: Block B- Know your rights training; Urban tactics training
8:00pm: Stone Soup! - bring something to add to our big pot of boiling delicousness. Chat and hang. There will be a puppet show and a report from Forest Defense on campus. Y'all are welcome give a report on your organizing too!

And then we'll have a wild rompus of a party.

There will be a Really Really Free Market. Bring things you would like to pass on to others (books, clothes, snuggles, etc). Share resources in an environment free of pressure to buy, sell, or trade.

Folks are also working on setting up a direct action essentials display table; a wild seasonal foods to harvest yourself table, and an art space for making stencils,

Is there anything else you'd like to see? Bring it! You are encouraged to host a space of your own, share your music, plug your organizing, make art, set up a display table, play games, and whatever else you can think of in the company of others.
