Over a year ago, Mayor Dellums said he would remove the question about past convictions from City employment applications, and set aside city jobs for formerly incarcerated people. Oakland City Administrator Deborah Edgerly has yet to implement his new policy. Now is the time to let them know that we demand ACTION.

Grab the mike and testify!
