Town Council faces vote on business district

An ordinance that would create a business improvement district in Tiburon will be voted on for a second and perhaps final time when the Tiburon Town Council meets at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday
The council will also consider a recommendation by the Tiburon Planning Commission that it amend the Miraflores Precise Plan to reflect the fact that a single-family house at 9 Miraflores Lane is located on its lot at a location different than what was approved
