Tickets are on sale for the San Anselmo State of the Town Dinner Sept. 15 at the San Francisco Theological Seminary.
Mayor Wayne Cooper, Supervisor Hal Brown, Assemblyman Jared Huffman, Sen. Carol Migden and Rep. Lynn Woolsey are scheduled to attend.

Wine, food and other amenities will all be provided by local merchants. The price is $75.

State of the town and top business dinner set

San Anselmo will host its first annual "State of the Town and Business of the Year Dinner" at 6 p.m. Sept. 15 at San Francisco Theological Seminary's Bouick Field.
The evening will include wine and hors d'oeuvres by Ross Valley Winery, AVA, Orchid Thai Restaurant and Taco Jane's, as well as food provided by Comforts, Insalata and dessert by Cucina Restaurant and Wine Bar.

Planned speakers include Rep. Lynn Woolsey, Sen. Carole Migden, Assemblyman Jared Huffman, Supervisor Hal Brown and Mayor Wayne Cooper.

All proceeds will benefit emergency services for the town.
