"Iraq, Iran & the Bush Agenda: The Danger of Wider War, the Challenge of Preventing It, and the Urgency of a New Global Dynamic"
Speech and Discussion by Larry Everest, write for Revolution Newspaper and author of Oil, Power & Empire: Iraq and the US Global Agenda

The talk will highlight the growing danger of ongoing war in Iraq and escalation to Iran, rooted in an analysis of the specifics of the Bush global agenda, as well as the deeper social, political and economic forces (in the US and globally) that have given rise to it -- and the particularity of the historic moment today. It will also assess the urgent need for, the obstacles to, and the potential for a new wave of resistance capable of reversing the Bush agenda and creating a new global political and ideological dynamic.
This event is wheelchair accessible.
