Lennar BVHP LLC spreading LIES before Park and Recreation Advisory Committee

by Francisco Da Costa
There was Lennar BVHP LLC complete with fake maps, incomplete documentation, spread fabrication before the SF Park, Recreation and Open Space Advisory Committee - better know as PROSAC. Now, Lennar wants to place the proposed nee stadium stark center on top of Parcel E. Parcel E has a raging fire that is still burning underground. It is estimated that this parcel alone will take over $3 billion to clean up. The crooks plan to CAP the area and expose thousands to the worst pollutants. Again greed knows NO bounds. Lennar BVHP LLC will do anything to make money.
There was Lennar BVHP LLC complete with fake maps, no realistic business plan, no studies linked to liquefaction, little concern for adverse impacts from the worst pollutants, no mention of Climate Change and Global warming - land that will be adversely affected from floods in a few years.

This drama taking place in Room 421 Tuesday, April 3, 2007 at City Hall in front of the Park, Recreation and Open Space Advisory Committee (PROSAC).

The proposed plan shifts the stadium stark center of Parcel E that is still under the control of the Navy. So are parcels B, C, D, E, and F under the Bay. The Navy says it does not have the money to do the clean up by 2020.

The City and County of San Francisco proposes an Early Transfer and brags that it can abate and mitigate the sites by 2012. It will take at least 3 years to have an Environmental Impact Study in place that will cost a lot of money - as much as 5 million dollars for the entire project as laid out by Lennar BVHP LLC.

Outside the proposed site there are over 450 toxic hot spots the City and County of San Francisco has not be able to clean these sites all these many years.

What hypocrites we have in San Francisco - who will do anything for money - and give a hoot for the constituents of San Francisco surrounded by these toxic sites all these many years. Cancer and other diseases abound - our children are dying every day. Some one has blood on their hands.

33,200 signatures were collected and the constituents of San Francisco want this matter to be decided by the constituents of San Francisco. Proposition F demands a voice from the people - and any way one looks at the proposed plan - it will go before the Voters.

This Bull Shit plan calls for the total demolition of the Double Rock Public Housing - also known as Alice Griffith Public Housing. The area where now stands the Candlestick Stadium - the proposal calls for homes, shopping malls and lots of Open Space.

No one is addressing Cumulative Pollution Lead, Mercury, PCBs, particulates, radiological elements, Asbestos Dust, and so on.

Lennar BVHP LLC is trying to pull a fast one - even as its Stocks and Shares are down seventy five percent. In the interim Lennar has been buying favors - left, right and center.

It is a pity that drawn into this dirty game folks like Jessie Blout and Michael Cohen who work for the City - have to LIE to sell the project.

Behind this hideous plan Mayor Gavin Newsom who has no clue about pollution and has the backing of Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, and others big wigs- who have direct and indirect benefits and investment TIED to this proposed project.

Doctor John York the owner of the 49ers wants NOTHING to do with the lying Mayor Gavin Newsom and any of his proposals. Some one is a lying dog.

Newsom is sick and really needs some rest in some hospital to address some serious psychological issues.

It is written all over his face - but he still keeps pushing himself and will soon fall over the precipice into a contaminated cesspool of his deliberate making.

I was present at the meeting, yesterday - and told the presenters that they can dream but reality demands Accountability and Transparency.

There has been no sound dialog with Samoans, Latinos, Asians, African Americans, others that make up a larger percent of the population around the affected area.

A few sell out Blacks the same ones who are on the take were seen floating around.

Agnelo King a newbee and now the Chair of the Bayview Hunters Point Project Area Committee (PAC) was there and so his usual partners in crime.

It is a pity how some Blacks will sell out other Blacks for bread crumbs.

Not much has changed from the Slave plantation days.

It is a pity to see all this unfold at the many meetings. Yesterday, in Room 416 the SF Redevelopment Agency Commission was doling out money some $283,500 for an aggregate amount of $567,000 (Resolution No. 29-2007) to Arc Ecology.

Arc Ecology has failed to provide outreach to the community at large but continues to get money.

Saul Bloom is also on the Citizens Advisory Committee to Parcel A. He also heads the Environmental Committee and this matter must be investigate by the State of California - Attorney General - Jerry Brown.

Arc Ecology is NOT from the community and the only reason Saul Bloom is there is to make money. Imagine the help our children in the Bayview can get from all the money this dubious organization wastes - over the years - millions of dollars.

I heard Michael Cohen spew some diatribe that made no sense. We must not dream unless we clean the land.

We must respect the Muwekma Ohlone that has patrimonial jurisdiction over the land. The land in question are Sacred Burial Grounds.

We must dialog with the constituents before we reach out to groups like PROSAC.

Lennar BVHP LLC will fail - come what may - they will CUT off their losses and leave.

The SF City and County of San Francisco should respect the 33,200 signatures collected to put this matter and the matter about the actual Project Area linked to SF Redevelopment Agency before the constituents - some 780,000 strong.

The matter is before the Court and this fact of the 33,200 must be stated in clear terms.

Liquefaction, Cumulative pollution, Global Warming, Climate Change, Flooding, and sound Soil Assessment is required.

We can talk the talk but we MUST learn to walk the walk.
