A full day event for professionals and community members with interests in language, literacy, immigrant health care and community partnerships.

The forum aims to:
- Discuss the role of language and literacy in the health context, and the barriers that immigrants with limited English proficiency and/or low literacy face.
- Showcase local partnerships in education, research, and clinical practice that aim to address language, literacy and health outcomes for immigrant groups.
- Promote networking and partnerships among participants.
- Identify action steps for change in the Bay Area.
