Land Use, small contractors, blue collar workers and good citizens of San Francisco.

It has been some years now that Sophie Maxwell has had the habit of introducing faulty Resolutions linked to Land Use that adversely impact thousands in San Francisco.

Sophie, has no college education and as often happens is used as a "tool" by vested interest to introduce fake Resolutions that end up taking a lot of time, and mostly adversely impacting the decent citizens that pay taxes in San Francisco.

One has just to evaluate her track record linked to Resolutions, Policies, and a few Ordinances.

Sophie Maxwell has been for SF Redevelopment Agency (SFRA). Some of us stopped SFRA by collecting over 33,200 signatures linked to the Project Area in the Bayview Hunters Point. All these signatures were certified by the SF Department of Elections.

The Main Media has not exposed Sophie Maxwell and the SFRA. The Main Media has not exposed Sophie Maxwell and her relationship with Lennar Corp. Sophe, Potrero Hill, and the Matag Mogul.

Aaron Peskin, the City Attorney Dennis Herrera, and Sophie Maxwell who represents District 10 - made sure using an antiquated law - to invalidated the signatures and stop the process of having a Ballot Measure - where the VOTERS would have decided if they wanted to deal with the ploys of SFRA and really wanted SFRA to develop Bayview Hunters Point using Tax Increment and Eminent Domain as evil tools to steal land, depopulate, and gentrify a large area.

Most of us know about what happen in the Fillmore aka the Western Addition. Middle Class families lost their home - and to this day justice has not been done to these decent folks that were thrown on to the streets. Hundred died and to this day cry for justice.

Many landed in the Tenderloin and died miserable deaths - caught in poverty and drugs. The blood of these folks in on the hands of those that made this happen. One of the agency for sure the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA). Also, Mayor Justin Herman and his cronies.

Justin Herman Plaza should be renamed and all vestiges of this evil man removed from San Francisco. He was a racist even as SFRA is and one Marsha Rosen the present Director, of SFRA.

The same fate that was meted out to Fillmore, would have happened in the Bayview Hunters Point. A brave Irish man Brian O'Flynn came of our rescue. We worked hard with LITTLE money and collected 33,200 and stalled the evil plan of SFRA and some sell outs and that includes Sophie Maxwell and the Black Ministers - who to this day are for SFRA.

We got NO help from most rich people and we surely got no help from most Supervisors.

The Supervisors we remember that helped us Tom Ammiano, Geraldo Sandoval, Ross Mirkarimi, and Chris Daly.

Chris Daly was the most vocal and helped the cause of those that were against SFRA.

The other Supervisors all sold out to the SFRA and the evil ploys of SFRA. They all especially Aaron Peskin must be ashamed of himself.

The issue of the 33,200 signatures is before the Court. Not much is said about this by the Main Media but this is a fact. Thank God for IndyMedia and some online news papers - Randy Shaw and a few others that went out of their way to tell the truth.

Imaging all this happening in San Francisco. Mayor Gavin Newsom has no clue and sides with SFRA even this day. He has no clue what a Superfund is? He has yet to clean up over 450 toxic hot spots all over Bayview and the responsibility of the City and County of San Francisco.

No one ever hears about the 450 toxic hot spots. No one ever hear about a detail report of the worst radiological elements that have killed and is killing hundreds in and around Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Lennar Corp. is well known to build homes on Brown Fields and on toxic land.

The SF Planning Department must mention the fact of the pending Law Suit in Sacramento and 33,200 signatures when issues linked to Land Use are discussed at the SF Planning Commission.

The SFRA is a quasi-State agency and its foundation is based on loans, borrowing, and debt.
It is a Land Banking monster that will come to haunt California and all those that deal with this very EVIL agency.

The SF City Controller has NOT done an audit linked to the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency - we need one now

The SF Planning Commission Chair must take note of this fact about the 33,200 signatures. After all it affects over 2568 acres directly and indirectly in the Bayview Hunters Point area - the biggest area ever to come under SFRA in the history of San Francisco.

Made bold by the earlier Resolutions and some Ordinances that were introduced before the Full Board of Supervisors - Sophie Maxwell thinks she can do as she pleases.

Much of the process linked to Parcel A and the discussion of SFRA and the Project Area in the Bayview Hunters Point - left our Asians, Samoans, Latinos, others and the SF Board of Supervisors (BOS) - heard me and others and did not do anything.

Imagine, if we did not stall SFRA they would be all over the place - demolishing homes and industrial facilities and doing as they please.

They would quote their right to do this and that under the guise that they had it made as a Project Area the tool used by SFRA - because the SFRA could do so by law - under the dubious process vested to the SFRA that is full of loop holes and unjust.

Today, the only issue stalling the process are the 33,200 signatures and the Court Suit that is before a judge in Sacramento, thanks to Brian O'Flynn, a White Man who came to the rescue of mostly People of Color. This case is waiting to go to trial.

This is the first time in San Francisco involving SFRA such a move was made by grassroots folks and led by Brian O'Flynn an Irish man and worthy of the tradition of Irish women and men that have fought for justice.

Now, in recent weeks we see Sophie Maxwell and Jake McGoldrick at it again. Using fake Resolutions hoping they will become Ordinances - to drive thousands away from San Francisco and to adversely impact Quality of Life issues and decent San Franciscans.

Big developers, are given opportunities to build over 600 feet buildings - while little opportunity for decent blue collar workers and middle class folks to buy small homes and units under five. The poor that make very little are left out in the street and in the cold to die - they cannot even afford to sleep in a public dirty, filthy, drug infested shelter.

Most homeless prefer to with stand the elements and sleep on streets on it the open with the sky as their roof. A big deal has been made about the few that have been housed - under Care not Cash.

Sophie Maxwell and Jake McGoldrick cannot take on the Asians that are coming our to speak out at the Land Use Committee meetings. The two fake Supervisors mentioned above cannot take on the Residential Builders Association (RBA). The RBA will take on the two inept and very arrogant Supervisors and tech them a lesson once and for all.

No one has seen anything yet. Watch out for the fire works. You jerks on the Land Use Committee with the exception of Supervisor Geraldo Sandoval - cannot fool all the people all of the time:
