Alice Griffth Public Housing - the truth. Who is help the poor?
Alice Griffith Public Housing has been targeted - to remove poor folks and make room for some vested interest. Behind the scene are Lennar Corp, Communities of Opportunity (COO), Mayor Gavin Newsom, the SF Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) and sell outs mostly Black the likes of Sophie Maxwell. Time will tell but it will not be easy to fool all the people all the time.
The poor we will have always in San Francisco - this after all is the City of Compassion and of Saint Francis Assisi.
The Alice Griffith Public Housing was incorporated into concrete language in the South Bayshore Plan. A long time ago we knew that in the Southeast Sector we wanted housing for Low Income and No Income.
The SF Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) with the blessing of some crooks and Sophie Maxwell amended the South Bayshore Plan - preparing the way to demolish Low Income and No Income housing at Alice Griffith with ploys created by Lennar Corp.
Alice Griffity as you will see is close to the Candlestick Stadium - so all the more reason to demolish the Low Income Housing and make way for developers and greed.
Recently, Alice Griffith has been in the news and the Main Media has failed to do any investigative reporting.
No one has bothered to investigate Communities of Opportunities (COO) - this fake organization has millions of dollars from private foundations and wants to use City Departments to make its fake objectives work.
The fake WiFi and fake jobs (most of the folks do not get paid), other organizations have been promised the sky but nothing is happening. The more one learns about COO the less one learns about Accountability and Transparency linked to this fake ass organization.
Mayor Gavin Newsom is using COO and will fail.
No one in their right mind can trust Mayor Gavin Newsom.
He slept with his best friend's wife and kept the secret for over a year. A person of this nature - is called a snake - and when you least expect it - the snake will bite and kill. Now, I am talking about a snake with venom meant to kill.
Alice Griffith residents for now have some support - but in the weeks to come they better be united. The Mayor and his cronies are plotting behind doors and we have it on record and know about the dubious activities.
