Ceres Police Department

When is this war with the Ceres Police Department going to be over? I've been a Ceres resident for over 30 years and never in my life had myself as well as my children experienced such police brutality. Ever since the Andres Raya the marine killed a Sargeant Howard Stevenson and wounded Ryno, things here in Ceres have gotten from worse to worsen. I don't see much crime besides the officer and sargeants fabricating and sending the innocents to jail over and over and leaving the criminals out. Every time the Ceres Police Dept gets a call it takes anywhere from five to twenty patrol officers to do the task. Shouldn't we got some real men out there who aren't afraid to perform their jobs and not making it a burden on the tax payers. There was an article in the Ceres Courier last week were Chief De Werk published, stating that we tax payers should pay out of our pockets practically to hire more patrols. More likely more criminals. On 12-24-05 Oficer Venn, Moore and Sargeant Vierra came to my home when I wasn't home for about two hours, my three children were home just fine until these three showed up at my home, entetred and searched for drugs without a search warrant or a probable cause. when they didn't find the drugs they called for by my brothers girlfriend, who is the person responsible for this false report for giving a false name and address along with the officers. They decided to give me a DUI, charge me for vandalism $420.00 or and for obstructing an officer. When I walked into my home inside I found two officers inside of my home illegally searching and interogating my children, without an adult supervision, and they asked my children ages 6, 12 and 14 who I was and when they told them that I was their mothwer they immediately handcuffed me and took me to jail for four days. His wife happened to be Mrs. Smith who is the booking deputy, who booked me and didn't let me make my three custodial calls, like I'm entitled to by law, due to her husband Venn's commands. I didn't even know why I was going to jail, they just told me that I was going to spend Christmas in jail. I begged them to call the child protective services, but since we are U.S. citizen latinos they didn't feel that my children were entitled to any government help, whatsoever. So my kids stayed home alone until late the following evening when I was finally able to bail out. We went to trial and we won 8 on our side and 4 on their side. So when my case was dismissed on 6-30-06 for the fabrication. Five days later the same Officer Venn drove into my neighborhood for retaliation and when he seen us he flipped a u-turn and flashed his light and pulled me over and told me that he was going to impound my truck for driving on a suspended license. I ran iside the vineyard market and called the FBI to make a report on Venn for retaliation and to protect myself and children, in case he pulled another dirty scam like he did on 12-24-05. The first thing that came to my mind was his intention to plant drugs in my SUV along with his little young collegues ages 22 to 25. Thank God Sargeant Collin's an African-American who is the only one I trust at the Ceres Police Dept. He didn't let Venn get near my SUV, although I was smart this time I locked it and the alarm was on. There were lot of people so Venn was out of luck this time. Will it comes out that he impounded my 2003 Denali Yukon XL for 30 days and fabricated the address, phone number and garage principles number. and he never filed the case at the traffic court on 9-13-06 @ 9:30 a.m. like it states it on the ticket. He was just after my SUV to hurt us once again. So when I called on 8-25-06 the traffic court to confirm the date for court I was told it wasn't filed to check criminal since it'ds a dui case. I called and was told that it wasn't filed. So I called Chif De Werk and asked him how come the case wasn't filed in court it's been 7 1/2 weeks since you guys impounded my SUV and no case. Just for my protection I called Superior Court back early in the morning on 8-30-06 to make sure the CPD wasn't playing any games on me and surely enough I was told yes. So I got a ride to the court house and changed the date for 9-1-06, two weeks earlier. I have to go back on 9-12-06 and see the same judge Silveria in Dept. 2, the same judge who dismissed my case and is well aware of the fabrication. I also had my DMV hearing on 8-31-06 and was told to wait 15 days for an answer. Which in my heart I know I'm getting my drivers license there malicious, racist, hatred officer took away from me for fabrication. How could I get a DUI with incomplete paper work submitted to DMV, no evidence technician, name or badge number. It turned out to be Venn who submitted it to DOJ 17 days later, when the DMV states five business days. He claims de dropped the blood vile on 12-24-06 in the evidence locker and that the evidence technician sends it off to DOJ. Their is no evidence that an evidence technician handed the blood vile, but their is evidence that Venn was the one who had it in his possession for 17 days, so tampered with it, because at trial John Baker D.A prosecutor repeated three times. The People ask defendent to remove the evidence and the public defender and the judge said no. Why would the prosecutor want to prosecute me for a dui and remove the blood vile from the jurors. What is he hiding. I have the certified copies of the trial of cassettes. I listen to them over and over and wait patiently for justice to serve them. Rene Howardton the Ceres police Dept evidence technician called me on 9-8-06 at 1:00 p.m. trying to cover up for the police dept, telling me that she was on vacation, and I asked her if Officer Venn had replaced her with a certified license which he doesn't have to perform this kind of duty. That's why they lost at court, they got caught fabricating. I'm praying that the DMV files criminal charges on them for fabrication, since he can't back up his lies once again and I could finally get my license back. I think the Ceres Police Dept. should pay for the garage and repo fees for stealing my truck. It's been ten weeks I've been without my SUV and it doesn't get filed in court, I call that stealing depriving me from my personal property. I feel like a prisoner as well as my children. We are sick and tired of the. Enough is Enough. They ruined our summer we didn't even get to go to the fair nowhere that's what they want. I pray daily for justice. I'm also looking forward to suing them. I was a realtor asnd had two vehicles a 2005 Camry that got repossed in March, since I had to pay the bail bonds and be with my children, who the officers left home alone and in danger, they laughed and laughed, but like they say the last one gets the best laugh. I just want this type of police abuse to end once and for all and to leave me alone and give me back what those evil cops took away and let me sell my home before it goes into foreclosure, which is what they want. I need my SUV before 9-23-06, or it will be sold the following day and I put $15,000.00 down.
