Many Bay Area Events to Observe Fifth 9/11 Anniversary
Vigils and Protests Remember a World Before "Terrorism on American Soil"
Many events are being held around the Bay Area to commemorate the fifth anniversary of September 11th, 2001. Some will focus on mourning the lives lost, while others will question the official message about how and why 911 occurred; still others will stand in opposition to the deaths of 3,000 Americans leading to tens of thousands of deaths worldwide as a result of wars against "terrorism."
The 5th annual 9/11 Truth Rally and March to the 9/11 Power to the Peaceful Concert was held Saturday morning, September 9th. Its theme was "Impeach the Terrorists!" The March/Parade went from the Panhandle to Speedway Meadow.
