Allen Nance from the the Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice a joker

The Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice (MOCJ) is a joke.

Allen Nance who heads it was transplanted here from Chicago. He was brought here to assist William Sifferman who heads the SF Juvenile Probation Department but now suddenly Allen Nance his proposed assistant has been promoted to Director, of the MOCJ making all sorts of funny and idiotic decisions.

The man has just arrived and has no clue what is going on around his nose.

At one time David Mauroff worked for MOCJ and was the only sane person that understood the system. The idiots forced the man out and now do not know what to do with themselves. None of them have any institution memory and work on ploys that are not going anywhere.

SF Safe Summer 2006 is a thick book with little substance and can be read on the MOCJ site. You can access it by going to http://www.sfgov.org and then look for MOCJ under agencies. This document was supposed to help the youth and familes but it has done the opposite.

Again and again thousands of dollars are being wasted. The blind leading the blind.

There is a lot of suggestions in this fat document created by MOCJ but no clear plan and little if no accountability and transparecny. No leadership for sure.

Allen Nance will come before the Select Committee on Guns and Violence and talk and talk - much like any stupid Manager does from both sides of his mouth.

He can do that and get away with it because the Chair of the Select Committee on Gun and Violence is Sophina Maxwell another Uncle Tom that has ruined the state of affairs for the youth in District 10 and all over the City.

The woman is on the take as can be shown from the huge contributions she is taking from developers. Sophina Maxwell a Black has sold out her community.

No one is going to the youth and asking them what is really happening at ground zero. These idiots are making decisions for the youth and the time has come to change this nonsense.

Of course Mayor Gavin Newsom is busy vacationing and playing with lubrication. He spends more time on his hair then he does about issues pertaining to the youth. Crime and Violence is on the increase and our streets and homes are not safe anymore.

We in San Francisco are worse off today then we were at any time before. Too many guns on our streets and every where as can be witnessed from the gun fire one hears all over the City but mostly in Disticts 10, 5, 9, and 11.

In District 5, 10, 9, and 11 is it not uncommon to hear gun fire and no one wants to deal with this Quality of Life issue. The local newspapers carry stories that make no sense considering that there are other issues that affect most constituents of San Francisco such as health and safety.

Allen Nance continues to head MOCJ and has made a mess of that department.

In the short time he has been there he has tried to get an outside agency to evaluate our dysfunction San Francisco Police Department or so he Allen Nance thinks.

Has attended several conferences at tax payers expense. He talks about these conferences as if - it is from these dog and pony shows that he has learned a lot.

This is San Francisco and it is time such jerks brought from outside are sent packing home. In this case too many idiots from Chicago are making their abode in San Francisco.

This is the Foggy City not the Windy City.

In the mean time our youth are suffering.

Schools starts today and the youth will have to deal with serious issues on the streets, on the buses, in the neighborhood with all the various turf wars.

Allen Nance has no clue and thinks that he can divert money to some kosher organizations that worship Uncle Toms - and come out with some fake solutions and get away with murder.

In the mean time Mayor Gavin Newsom is fighting for same sex marriage and making our City Green. The Green Czar he imported has jumped ship but Gavin still brags he still is about Green without any clue what is really going on.

Thousands of trees are being cut all over the City. A few flower pots hang from poles as a substitute to massage the ego of the Mayor. He has his priorties all screwed up.

On the streets it is not safe and Quality of Life is being compromised.

The local newspapers could line the bottom of the bird cages - none of them will address Quality of Life issues and are not worthy reading.

The Select Committee on Guns and Violence is a joke.

Folks are brought before it to talk about stuff that has little to do with what is going on at ground zero. This City is going down the drain and is fast turning into a cesspool of corruption.

In the mean time our youth at dying and all the Board of Supervisors and Mayor Gavin Newsom is doing - is look the other side. MF.
