150,000 against US/UK/Israel terrorism in UK; Can SF do better?

About 150,000 people marched in London on August 5 to protest US/UK/Israeli terrorism in the Middle East. We should have at least that many at the San Francisco protest on August 12. Our protests in the US will be a milestone in that we will also be marching against the policies of the 100% pro-Israel Democratic and Republican Parties, a first for the US peace movement.

For the entire history of the 58 year occupation known as Israel, the US military base in the Middle East to protect US oil profits, BOTH THE DEMOCRATIC AND REPUBLICAN PARTIES HAVE BEEN 100% PRO-ISRAEL, WHICH IS TO SAY, PRO-WAR. The latest vote during this latest genocidal action on the part of the US & Israel, EXACTLY THE SAME AS the US & ISRAEL HAVE DONE FOR 58 YEARS OF ISRAEL'S EXISTENCE, 100% of the US Senate and 98.2% of the House voted for the pro-Israel resolution that supported US/Israeli war crimes taking place right now, PAID FOR WITH OUR TAX DOLLARS. Israel receives $6 billion a year from the US taxpayers to be the 4th largest military machine in the world, equipped with everything including nuclear weapons, depleted uranium bombs, cluster bombs, white phosphorous, vacuum bombs. The Democratic & Republican Parties have supported 100% not only Israel's wars and genocide, but also its murder and torture of the Palestinians (and the Lebanese who are also in Israel's prisons) with now 10,000 in Israeli prisons, including children, and its theft of Palestinian land, which all of Israel is.

I am glad I have lived longed enough to not only witness the first serious May Day march in San Francisco in at least 56 years on May 1, 2006, but now can witness the first peace march that will openly oppose the Democratic Party and its favorite gang of terrorists, Israel. I have come up with a few chants for this milestone event:

Hitler rose and Hitler fell;
US & Israel go to hell!

We remember Hiroshima,
We remember Vietnam
Democratic Party,
We know which side you're on!

Black, brown, yellow, red and white,
Same enemy, same fight
Workers of the world, unite!
