Awesome editing job on the video from sac. I really enjoyed the comments.

I understand that the police have some role in monitoring protests, but I think that their video taping such a small non-violent protest is unwarranted. When police tape, it seems to me that it's for some sort of intelligence analysis later. In San Francisco, I've seen police tape very very peaceful marches. It makes me wonder about how the people in tapes are going to be classified later. Does protesting in a march somehow breach the law or peace? I have seen the taping in immigration rights marches with families with strollers being recorded.

To complicate this, I believe I've recently seen police in plain clothes mixing with crowds outside of the Israeli consulate during the recent San Francisco protests with a video cam. Infiltrating a peaceful march and collecting intelligence is unjustified and a complete waste of our tax money.

I respect the police, but to spy on peaceful marches is outrageous (or to collect video surveillance in Sacramento). For the police, please don't try to find trouble in the peace movement. The trouble is in the war movement.

I really like the interviews, you got some good comments. Thanks for showing what goes on around here that the corporate news media doesn't cover.

Nice video. It frightens me none too little that the popo is out in full force waiting for something to happen. Taping the "insurrectionists" for harassment at a later date perhaps?
