Centro Aztlan Chicomoztoc is a community organizing center that focuses on the democratic rights of la Raza. Support the July 2, 2006 fundraiser for the Centro.

The Centro Aztlan Chicomoztoc has housed various local and national struggles for justice as well as conducting educational programs for the community such as English classes for young workers and Spanish classes. The Centro has been in existence since 2000 under the leadership of the Barrio Defense Committee, a community Raza organization. The Centro does not get any resources from the government or any kind of entity except from the people and community fundraiser such as the July 2, 2006.

The Barrio Defense Committee is in danger of losing its space - the Centro Aztlan Chicomoztoc, due to lack of funds. The Centro is behind a few months in rent, and we are currently seeking ways to rectify this. One such way is through tamales! Support the Centro by purchasing a dozen, or two today!

El Comité de Defensa del Barrio está en una situación financial muy critica, ya que riesgamos perder nuestro centro (Aztlan-Chicomoztoc) por estar atrazados unos meses con la renta, y estamos buscando maneras de como rectificar esto.
