Corruption In Sonoma County

by Curtis John Surpless (cjsurpless [at] yahoo.com)
This is how Santa Rosa's Finest act toward the down-trodden
It was about maybe 2 AM on the twenty-second when I was
awaken by Officer Michael White (Santa Rosa Police
Department), before being arrested for trespassing.

As I lay there handcuffed from behind, Officer White places
his foot on my face while asking me to produce some
identification. I informed him that I was a disabled Head
Trauma Victim, and that I currently have plates and screws
holding my face together, hoping that he'd remove his foot.
However, instead of doing so, he applied pressure and
stated the following: "Cool ... Does this hurt? Well then,
maybe I oughtta tase you." Immediately after saying this,
he picks up me off of the ground, lightly shoving me away
from him while claiming an attempted escape. At this point,
I felt terrorized, even scared enough that my eyes were now
watering. I informed Officer White that my heart is bad,
having had Open-Heart Surgery twice. He just smiled and
said "Well then maybe if I tase you it would do the world a
favor. I can just rid the world of your kind."

And now I have a court date for a trespassing charge, and
to top things off ... NO MIRANDAS WERE READ TO ME!

Can they do that, arrest people now without informing them
of thier rights?
