Medical MJ Prisoner Rylee Mistreated in Sacto Jail

I have an update on my dad. As of last night he still hasn't been moved.
Let me give you a little history that you may or may not know.

On January 13, 2006, a court order was issued for my father to be moved to
a federal hospital after his fall in the shower on December 27,2005. And
as I stated earlier he has not be moved as of yet.

My father laid in his bed for 39 days with out a shower. A female guard
got him up and took him to a wheel chair assessable shower and helped him
shower and cut his hair. As a result of him not being able to shower for
39 days he has extensive sores on his head.

He went from the time he fell to mid to end January before they gave him
his medication which includes his blood pressure, diabetes and pain. They
didn't check his vitals during that time.

On Thursday night the marshals came into his cell to move him to the
federal hospital. They took him one floor door in a wheel chair with him
complaining that he was getting sick to his stomach and they asked him if
he could walk up 8 stairs into a small jet and sit up. He told them he
didn't think he would be able to manage it. They then took him back to his
cell and left.

Saturday, a marshal came into his cell and told him because he refused to
go on the private jet that he would be put on a commercial plane. Dad
tryed to explain to him that as long as he didn't have to go up stairs and
he could lay down that he could make the trip. The marshal said for him
to quit screaming at him. My dad said he wasn't screaming and the marshal
stormed out of his cell. (See something that they don't realize is my
father is hard to hearing and talks loud when making a point.)

For whatever reason - people believe my father is faking. Let me say to
all of them that is the only thing my father does not do is fake his pain.
He tried to explain to my mother in the very short conversations that he
can't feel his legs that the pain is so bad that when he sits up for any
amount of time that he just wants to puke and die from the pain.

For some reason unknown to us, dad's food orders was never put into the
system two weeks ago. Dad has went a whole week without eating. He relies
on that food to eat. He does not eat pork (we are SDA) and other foods.

I know that animals are treated better that he is being treated. We feel
our hands are tied and all we can do is pray. Do you have any suggestions?
If this was your father what would you do?
