Hello Everyone,

I would like everyone to know that due to recent weather
conditions, we will have to cancel this Thursday's Meeting. Our meeting
space at Oddfellows Hall in Guerneville is in the flood area and we are
expecting it to flood. We are currently looking for a new location. I
will send an email letting everyone know where and when our next meeting
is.

I wanted to give you all an update on Robert Schmidt. Robert
received his letter from Bureau of Prisons. He is to report to
Leavenworth Penitentiary in Kansas. We were all very shocked he is
being sent to Kansas. Roberts wife is very ill and wont be able to
travel to Kansas. He was sentenced to 4 years. Robert was fortunate
enough to have Attorney Allison Margolin take on his case. We have been
receiving donations towards his legal expenses. I want to thank
everyone who donated. If anyone is interested in making a donation,
payments may be mailed directly to Allison Magolin, at 8484 Wilshire
Blvd. #660, Beverly Hills, CA 90211. She is working on an
appeal. Allison is in need of letters. ASA Sonoma County is currently
collecting letters from patients for the Robert Schmidt Case. Allison
Margolin is needing letters from Genesis Patients supporting the care
they received by Robert and his staff. Please contact Terri Worden at
707-228-8958 for more information. I will be faxing letters to Allison.

Have a safe and Happy New Years

Terri Worden
