INVESTIGATE ELECTION FRAUD, HERE'S HOW

DEAR HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE:


First: Do not certify the election of 2004 until EVERY VOTE IS COUNTED IN EVERY STATE and ALL cases of fraud and fraudulent conflicts of interest are investigated producing significant and meaningful INDICTMENTS

Second: Immediately investigate the round voter fraud in 2004 AND in 2000 and produce the OCEAN of INDICTMENTS that are called for, even if members of this committee are found to be perpetrators, or especially if this is so.

Third: Repeal the Help America Vote Act 2002, which this law is very obvious abridgment of voting system integrity and removes already tenuous and sketchy voter rights in the US.

Fourth: Immediately legislate that all voting be done by VERIFIABLE PAPER BALLOT, of course. If the system isn't broken, don't fix it. With unverifiable voting mechanisms, the system is broken. Regress to when it was more NOT broken.

Fifth: Institute legislation that INCREASES democracy, OF COURSE: proportional representation; instant run-off voting; voting holiday; paper ballots--all verifiable, hand counts in front of community witnesses, part of voting holiday; MANDATORY voting; MANDATORY public financing and a LOW financing cap; MANDATORY media coverage for ALL candidates meeting minimum requirements; BAN all wealthy candidates with demonstrated special interest PORK from running EVER (that would be most of you, but too bad).
