I like this piece and found it thought provoking. My main criticism is a technical point: the sound is very poorly edited. The narrator makes some very interesting points, but her sentences trail off into unintelligibility. This is all the more frustrating as I earnestly wanted to hear what she had to say.
It also might have been useful to have actually tossed out some concrete examples of the sort of creative insurrectionary tactics that the narrator had in mind. I think back for instance to Prague at the 2000 World Bank protests, for example, and the use of "Tactical Frivolity": http://www.worldhistory.com/wiki/T/Tactical-Frivolity.htm
