Bush EPA Seeks to Dump Radioactive Waste in our Backyard

Bush EPA seeks weaker rules for radioactive waste disposal, allowing the potential for it to be disposed of in dumps and landfills and permitting "low -activity" radioactive waste to be exempt from standards designed to protect the public.

Public input being accepted only until Wednesday, March 17.
