Want to Know Which Politicians Are Pro-Palestinian?

by Clear Vision
With the election coming up, it's important to know the candidates' positions on the Palestine-Israel Conflict. The excellent magazine Washington Report on Middle East Affairs has a scoreboard on how our politicians have voted in the past on these issues. Check it out.
If you are pro-Palestinian and concerned about a just peace in Palestine-Israel, it's about time you got a subscription to the Washington Report on Middle East Affairs. Cody's Bookstore carries it and I'm sure Barnes & Noble, Borders and others do too.

This month, on pages 24 thru 37, there is a scoreboard on how the senators and representives have voted in the past. The ones who are totally pro-Palestinian are noted in bold which stands for the Hall of Fame, and the ones who are totally pro-Israeli are noted in italics which stands for the Hall of Shame.

Locally, Barbara Lee, the only one who voted against war after 9/11, is of course in the Hall of Fame, while Tom Lantos, who is a warhog, is of course in the Hall of Shame. As a big Kennedy fan from way back, I was glad to see Ted Kennedy in the Hall of Fame. So despite excessive pandering to Zionists by many Democrats, I'm glad to be reminded that not all Democrats are bad and on the take from Zionists!

Please make it a point to go to events where politicians will be speaking, such as at The Commonwealth Club, and put them on the spot with questions like: Why is the US giving Israel so much money to persecute the Palestinians? We know why, but we'd like to hear them say why. Or struggle to say why. And if they say because "Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East", make sure you laugh really loud. HA HA HA. What a joke.

I'm sure you can think of some more questions of your own! Let's hold our politicians accountable to Americans, the "we, the people", not big corporations and big Zionist Jewish lobby groups. We need to hold our politicians to be accountable to America first, and justice, freedom and equal rights for everyone in the world, including Palestinians. The last thing we should be doing is giving any aid to immoral, apartheid Israel.
