police use water cannon tank in quebec
this water cannon tank was used on protesters around 2am on april 21. it has high-powered hoses which spray water and can optionally mix in pepper spray. two people who tried to block this monstrous beast were severely beaten and dragged off. this picture is grainy but i was getting CS gassed while trying to take it.
